Repairing FAQs

We always aim to get it done the same day. However, more complex repair can take time. We will let you know up front how long the job is likely to take. In instances where we do not have the parts for a particular model, we may ask you to give us time to order the part and will fix it as soon as we can.

All repairs vary in price due to a number of factors. We will be as transparent as possible before we undertake any repair, so you know what you can expect to pay.

We aim to work on as many brands and models of e-scooter on the market. We are seeing more and more that require very specific parts to repair and cannot always promise we can fix the issue. However, we will always give you our honest opinion on what is best for you.

Our workshop is at 17 Shop Al Quoz Mall, Dubai, UAE, facing the mall parking and easy walking distance of the (F26) bus station.
